 Breakfast is included with each night's stay... the buffet includes several hot items, pastries, breads, fruit, premium orange juice, and coffee. Serving time is from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Dine on the patio, in the Mansion or in your room.
1. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the first nights rent or 50% of the total, whichever is greater.
2. The balance is due upon arrival.
3. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard or Visa.
4. A deposit is refundable if these two conditions are met: (1) you notify us seven days before the arrival date (2) we are able to re-rent the room.
5. A $15 transaction fee per room is charged when refunds are issued.
6. Most weekends have a two-night minimum stay requirement (if your stay includes a Friday or Saturday night). Some holidays, and special occasions have a three-night minimum.
7. We request check-in by 8:00 p.m. Please notify us if you will be later... we will accommodate your arrival.
8. Most rooms are designed for normal occupancy of two people. (Exceptions: Bluebonnet Lodge land Grand River Lodge are for four people.) Additional guests, where permitted, are $25 per person for adults and $10 for children under the age of 18.
9. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, but is 'semi-ok' on the porches.
